You can repeat this as many times as you want, but you will feel some stretching after the first 5 times. Do the same with the opposite side of your legs, and start lowering the object towards the right side.

After you’ve done some stretches it’s time to start the back exercises, and for this exercise, you need to lay on the floor and put a pillow under your lower back. After that, while keeping your legs straight and horizontal on the floor, start pulling your upper body, upwards and continue to manage a sitting position, then lay down slowly and start pushing your lower body upwards and downwards. Back exercises require a slow exercise movement so that you can accomplish relief without causing pressure. Repeating this step for 10-15 minutes a day will accomplish a back pain relief and you will find it very easy to complete your daily obligations afterward.
